Shipping Info
I ship live spiders via FedEx Express Two-Day or Overnight ONLY. I usually ship on Tuesdays. Shipping will be postponed in the event of extreme weather, FedEx service interuptions, or busy holidays. If your temperatures are above 98°F or below 40°F I will not ship until weather improves. Live shipments to locations where the daytime temperature is between 90°F and 98°F will ONLY be shipped to a FedEx Ship Center that handles "Dangerous Goods". Find your nearest Ship Center here. Remember to apply the "Dangerous Goods Shipping" filter for an accurate result. Please read our Shipping Policy, linked at the top of the page, before adopting a live spider. Enclosures and other items will be shipped separately via USPS, unless otherwise stated.
Location
We are located in North Port, Florida, on the Gulf Coast. We ship all over the USA (except Hawaii and Alaska). We can also meet in North Port at our city's designated "E-Commerce Exchange Safety Zone" by the Police Department!
